All champagne is sparkling, but all sparkling is not champagne, why?
What are the differences between expensive and less expensive sparkling wines, when the production process is the same for both?

We’ll taste sparkling from different countries. How does the preconception you have about the product affect your thoughts about the beverage?

The restaurant kitchen is open until 21:00.
The restaurant bar is open until 21:30.
