Svarfvars
The ecologic farm of Svarfvars lies less than 10 km away from Svartå Manor. On top of vegetables and herbs of high quality they can at times deliver ecological meat from their own farm. Svarfvars is also doing wholesales with ecologic vegetables of high quality.

Magnus Ekström
We buy most of our fish from Magnus Ekström from Hangö. Apart from local fish Ekström is also delivering quality fish from the North Sea.

Juholas Garden
Juholas garden is really a local producer as they are growing vegetables only a stone throw away from the castle, on the old garden areas of Svartå Manor. They produce vegetables and herbs for the restaurant. The herbs grow in traditional earth from which they get their natural intense aroma.

Peltola Dairy
Our butter is bought from the Peltola Dairy in Suonenjoki. Also the high quality blue cheese, Peltola Blue, comes from here.

Svartå Mill
Svartå Mill is Finland's oldest, still in use being, mill. Svartå mill was established in 1560. We bake our bread from Svartå mills high quality flour for example spelt. The mill is situated by Svartå River, less than a kilometre from the Castle.
Backers Baker
Backers Bakery in Ekenäs is baking a fantastic malt bread and our spelt bread for Svartå Slottskrogen. The bread is made from Backers own organic flour which is milled in the Svartå Mill.

Bålaby Gård
The good tasting potatoes for Slottskrogen is grown at Bålaby gård in Svartå.
Kuusniity Farm
Slottkrogen's appreciated honey is made on Kuusniity Farm.
In the Reception and in the Castle we sell our near producers products. You can buy home with you for example Slottkrogens bread, Slottkrogens honey, flour from Svartå mill, Slottkrogens marmalade and chocolate, vinaigrette and spiced oils. Welcome in, to do some shopping!
